Hello;
We have a report which runs based upon certain data within our system files. Report works great when the data is in the files however the data purges after a set number of days. Is there a way to create an output table based upon the data while it is on the files which can then be referenced when running a crystal report after the data was purged?
As an example the report looks at files which hold tasks that direct the user to do a cycle count. These task records are purged 180 days for the date they were completed. Our Cycle count report is design to indicate if two cycle counts have been completed within the same year and also to flag if this has not been done. Since the task purge this creates an issue for the report.
Looking for any suggestion which could help resolve this issue of "purging" data.
Thank you
Rose
