Crystal Report - tracking numbers

I am trying to make a Crystal Report referencing the tracking numbers in Macola (we have Clippership- the tracking numbers show in a screen off the billing screen in O/E - View - Order History).

I tried using the ARSHTFIL and ARSHOFIL but neither of them have data in them.

Any ideas??

Which screen do they show in and in which fields? I believe this is in the OECMTHST_SQL table, but I cannot say for sure.

The screen name is OEMANINQ field name is tracer no.

This shipping prgram does not write to the order header comment like Starship does.

How do you get to this screen? I cannot find this screen (other than in the screen designer).

Clippership techies should be able to tell you the tables it writes to. It may call its own db files that you may need to link to macola if they provide table definitions that are not proprietary. My other method is to use EM or PCC to determine what tables are open when the screen is in use. Some you will immediately be able to dismiss. Malvern used to write to autof2.dat and trans.dat, so it might not be in the macola data directory even though order history view might make you head down that path.

Thanks for all your help - got the info from the Ship directory under Macola MVTRXFIL. the weight was showing in ounces which threw me for a little while.
