Crystal Report showing the fisrt time values always

I am having a list of EmpIDs. For the first time if I choose emp1,emp2 in the form they are displayed in the report. After closing the report and coming back to form and if I choose emp3 then the base recordset has the value emp3. But the report displays the first time values only.

My code is as below.
Report.Database.SetDataSource rstEmp
Report.ReadRecords
CRViewer1.ReportSource = Report
CRViewer1.ViewReport
Screen.MousePointer = vbDefault
Set rstProjects = Nothing
I am in need for an answer. Your help will be appreciated
