crystal report - Security

The user keep on changing the crystal reports accidently or intentionally.I have restricted to read only but is there any way the users can't see design part or report options in the report

You can distribute the output from Crystal reports as Excel, Word, PDF etc. Use File > Export. Of course that only gives users the results that someone else has run for them - is that what you want?

No actually, I have given access to crystal report to them and they are running them as and when required

Access to Crystal Report makes no sense.

Do you mean that they are running a copy of Crystal Reports itself?
