Crystal Report Scheduler Manager.... 2

Hi,

I have 150 reports in Different folders. All reports are Scheduled in different timings. I want to see the all reports status is success or failure at a time.. is there any Report Scheduler Manager for seeing the status of all reports at a time..can i download the software from the Internet?... I created the reports in Crystal, while Scheduling the report i m using BO XI..

Look at instance manager...when you start Admin Launchpad you can start it from the left side. It's installed with every common deployment.

where is the Instant Manager... i m not able to see the Instant Manager in my CMC... can tell me where it is?

Hi Puli5,

you have to look in the Admin Launchpad, not in your CMC.
It's the Site from where you can start CMC and other administration tools.

I got Instatnt Manager in Admin Launchpad. I am seeing the status of all reports...Thanks for helping me... I have one more small doubt....

The report showing this error.

Error in File E:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\Data\procSched\som2as011.reportjobserver\~tmpc84dc385d29510.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters. Details: [Database Vendor Code: -30082 ]

wht is the exact problem...where can i change modification in that report or database.. is there any database connection error?

Hi,
In the CMC, find that report and, under the Process.Database tab set the login Id and password needed to use that database..Be sure to check the 'Use same ..when running the report' option and not the 'Prompt user for login' one..
Test it from the Preview button on the properties tab for that report
