Crystal Report question

I am trying to get data out of our MAS90 file regarding item shipments. Specifically, I want to export all line items shipped for $0 so I can re allocate them to a warrantee or promotional account. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

There is a technical resource guide - I forget the exact name - in your cds that has file layouts in it. You can study that to find where your information is.

Once you do that, if you have specific questions about crystal report writing techniques, you can try the crystal reports forums.

If you are expecting someone to write the program for you then you need to find a crystal reports programmer in your area that you can work with.

Do you want only the line items information or the customer informations also? If you are looking for the line items details you can create a report using the table SO_04SOHistoryDetail. If you need the customer info then you have to use SO_04SOHistoryDetail and SO_03SOHistoryHeader tables.

SO_03 and SO_04 are the sales history files. However if you have a sales order that was shipped on more than one invoice then you would need to look at the ARN and ARO for specific.

Also in SO_03 and SO_04 you have not only active or completed orders but also quotes and deleted orders so you will need some type of parameter to filter out unwanted data.
