Crystal Report on BOE XI R3.1 not passing values to Stored Procedure

Crystal Report on BOE XI R3.1 not passing values to Stored Procedure using ODBC to connect to SQL server. The SP requires 2 parameters with one value each. The report seems to run fine when executed on a local workstation.
