Crystal Report Integration/.net Reference Books

Greetings,

I class myself as a strong Crystal Report developer but unfortunately i am somewhat weak on the integrating CR into various applications. I have used Crystal from v5 to v9 but have only needed to distribute reports via .pdf and simple .asp pages, which have been developed for me. Can anyone recommend books, courses etc? Would learning vb.net be of much use for Crystal XI. I've never used Enterprise either and so is it easy to self-teach?
