Crystal Report in Goldmine export to Excel

I am using Goldmine 6.7 and Crystal Reports version 9. I have created a report in Crystal and placed it in a folder in Goldmine.

In Goldmine I run the report, enter the parameters and have the report visible on my screen in Crystal. I press the Export button on the toolbar and nothing happens. No message, no dialog window. The icon is enabled but does not respond to the click. I want to export my reports to Excel.

Sounds like you don't have the dll's needed or maybe not registered. I've always seen promblems with crystal 9 running from within GM.
