Hello.
I'm having a problem setting up a report in crystal reports.

I have everything set up and the report works fine, however I wish to freeze the data that is in my report footer section so that no matter how many records are in the details section, the report footer will not move.

Right now, if I have three records in the details area, the document prints with alignment okay. If the next time I only have two records, then the entire report footer is raised up and my report prints un-aligned.

Any idea how to solve this problem?
Thanks for your help.
Derek

Try formatting the report footer to print:
'at bottom of page'
in Format - Section. Ken Hamady
