Crystal Report for IC0110 - Average Cost for IC Item 2

I'm using Accpac 6 and am trying to write a report which lists me all items that had their average cost changed by an IC adjustment.
The way I would do that is by filtering out IC adjustment detail lines which have a difference between column average cost and cost adjustment/ quantity.

I can open up and export old IC adjustments and it will show/export the average cost. However, I find no reference in the database tables anywhere.
How can I extract the average cost which was used in my old IC adjustments?

Average cost changes constantly, it's a calculation, not a discrete field. It's TOTALCOST/QOH.

How could I write a report which highlights adjustments, that have changed the average cost of an item?
Getting the average cost of the item at the time of the adjustment seems to be the tricky bit.

Every adjustment changes average cost. It's not tricky at all to get the contemporaneous average, just do running totals.
