Crystal report Exporting Problem

Hello Everyone1

I'm using Crystal reports XI R2 .
I'm new to CMC .I know basic stuff like creating folders and users and stuff.

Recently i created a new group and folder and gave access to that folder.

Now,one of the users when they are trying to export the report to Pdf getting the error "An error occurred at the server : Your request was refused because you do not have the right 'Download files associated with the report' on report 'report name'. Please ask your system administrator to grant you this right. "

I don't know how to trouble shoot this.

Please i found a thread with exact same rpoblem ,But i couldn't understand it .
Please explain in detail.

Hi,
Go to the report in the CMC...Click on the down arrow on the Rights tab list box and select 'Advanced'..
When that page appears, expand, if needed, the section headed 'Report'..In that section, check 'Download files ...etc.'
