Crystal Report creation

I want to create a report using the ddf files that contain the following fields: Customer ID, Customer Name, Sales on just specific account(not total billings), and date of sale.

I am having difficulty determining just which tables contain the information needed. How would the tables be joined?

Go to Peachtree help and check out the DDE fieldss these are bout the sme as those available for Crystal. There are definitions, too.

You'll need chart, jrnlhdr, jrnlrow and customers tables.

Always use a left outer join.

jrnlrow.postorder to jrnlhdr.postorder
jrnlrow.glaccntrecord to chart.glaccntrecord
jrnlrow.customerrecordnumber to customers.customerrecordnumber
