crystal report -bmp file & jpg file

MY
when I link my database OLE field to crystal report, bmp picture format can print out, but jpg format cannot. Are the crystal report not access the jpg picture format.

I need to save many picture to my hard disk, if I sotre my picture file in .bmp format, I need more space for it, but .jpg file not.
