crystal report app server and java tutorial - HOW TO START? 1

Hi,
I need to get up to speed quickly with Crystal Reports 9 and CRAS using Java. Can anyone point me towards a tutorial
that shows how to approach this from start to finish? I've downloaded all of the samples from CrystalDecisions and none of them have any decent documentation on using their tool with Java-based datasources and jsp pages (or at least I haven't found it yet....).
