Crystal Report against a Universe

I need some help and wanted to see if any one knows whether we can create a Crystal Report against a Universe with the InfoView Design environment? If so how to accomplish this?
When I am trying to create a report using Crystal Report from InfoView Design environment, I get a dialog box where I can only pick Business View.

I would highly appreciate if someone can help with this.

You can only choose a Business View or an ODBC DSN as a data source in the crystal reports explorer web client. Also, I am not aware of an ODBC driver for a Business Objects Universe. If you need to report against a universe you “should” use the web intelligence client and not the crystal reports explorer. The Web Intelligence interface will provide the best ad-hock reporting capabilities (Especially if you run the .JSP version).

We are using Web Intelligence interface but our users like to Crystal report adhoc reporting. So that is not possible with BOXI version.
