Crystal Report - adding receivers 1

Progression 7.6.3 Pervasive

I am trying to determine how many that we recieved of some items last year. I am using the POHDRHST_SQL and POLINHST_SQL (linked by order number)and I get too many occurences of the data - each receiver shows up at least 3 times. Is there a field I can use to restrict the occurences? Do I need to link another field? Or is there a better database to use for receiver information? Should I go into IM Transactions?

Use the IMRECHST_SQL table. The field ctl_no is the receiver number.
