Crystal Report 9 and Database Files

I am trying to create new report based on dbase file. Crystal document says no odbc or ole driver need for dbase file. I am trying new connection and selecting Database files, I get following error:

Query Engine Error: 'No database DLL has been specified'

What could be the reason?

Well dbase had different versions, and you should include the version of the dbase (xBase?) files.

Try one of the ODBC drivers for dbase or Fox (VFP).
