Crystal Report 12 = 2008 (stupid question)

I have a system that is being upgraded and I will need to upgrade all the existing reports. The vendor keeps stressing that I need to have Crystal Reports 12, I cannot find any reference to this version.

I have the PO for CR 2008, before I spend a lot of money on new liscences I would like to make sure I am buying the right product ; )
