Have a report that pulls out fault calls from opera

this is placed in the detail section
also in this details section , I have used the next statement to bring out any fault calls that were made within 7 days from the completion date for a machine number. If there were none I got it to suppress the line.
What I am trying todo to see in a given month and jobs that were cleared down then reopened within 7 days.

What I am having differculty with is I would like to use the completeion date on the first call and the opened date on the next call.
Any ideas would be most appreciated
