Crystal Report 10 and Windows98

Hi All,
I tried to deploy a report, developed with crystal reports v10, on windows98 machine and it did not work because of some dlls. Is it possible to make it work (crystal reports 10 and windows98)?

CR 10 is not supported on Windows 98 I would susoect this is primarily because CR10 is unicode compliant and W98 isn't

for whatever it is worth:

Crystal 9 help says you can down load "unicow.dll" from the microsoft site. I did that ( we are trying to move from 8.5 to 9 )but I still can't get reports to run on a '98 machine.

I went through this process with W98 when CR9 first came out, did the unicows installation tried all sorts of things all to no avail.

I did however get it to work succesfully with Windows ME after installation of Unicow.dll. I've since left that company so acn't get the detailed documentation of the steps I used.

It says somewhere that CR9 and 10 will install on Win98 but it has to be 98SE (Second Edition).

I couldn't get it to work.
