I would like to install a crystal report app on the server. The clients have the framework so they should be able to run the application, correct ? With the exception of crystal the applications are basic (enter criteria, click a button and the report appears)

My question, what is the minimum license I need from crystal to use redistributable ?

The client will need to have crystal dependencies installed on their pc.

How will the user run the app? Terminal Services or just clicking a shortcut?

As best as I can remember.........
The version of crystal that comes with .Net has a max connection of 5 users at a time. I'm sure there is something on the server that keeps track of this??? If the app runs on the client machine then there is not licensing issues. The problems just start when you display crystal via aspx pages I guess.

I have a few apps that use Crystal and are served up through a web interface. The app runs locally so no issues have come up.

I'm sorry for just rambling on, but hope this helps.
