Crystal RAS parameter error

I have just applied SP1,2 and 3 to our RAS server and it has stopped working.
For all my published web reports running through the RAS I now get the error:

webReporting.dll error '80070057'
The parameter is incorrect
/rassamples/en/asp/rPortfolio/HTMLViewers/pageViewer.asp, line 33

This happen even on report that have no parameters.

line 33 of the file it refers to is right at the end of the pageviewer.asp file: viewer.ProcessHttpRequest Request, Response, Null

Any suggestions ?
