Is there a way to get Crystal Reports XI reports to print to the user's default printer? We have several reports that continue to print on out printers in IT when they should be printing in other departments. Other reports print correctly. If you set another printer as the default printer, then go directly into Crystal as if to print it, the IT printer will still be highlighted, even though it acknowledges that the other printer is the default. I should also mention that these reports are all printed from another system, written in Visual FoxPro, not directly from Crystal. I have tried comparing reports that print correctly to the problem ones (settings, etc.), but can find no difference in them.

TIA,

MMund

Hi,
Crystal ( by default) will use the printer that was active when the report was created as long as it is available to the workstation that runs the report--Try setting the Crystal Report to 'No Printer' and saving it...
