Crystal Printing Issue

Hello,

I created a few crystal reports which are used for a client. Only problem is that the client cannot print the reports. The client is using another software that calls the crystal reports.

Is there a way to install a dll to make the third party application print the crystal reports. The application that the client use is able to print other crystal reports.

I am using crystal 8.5

Any ideas, let me know. Thanx.

You can give them a compiled .exe so that they can print:

I tried the compiled .exe but it doesn't work. I get an error when creating the exe. I had already downloaded the fix.

I have crystal reports 8.5.

Does this have the compiled option capability?

What error did you get?

It may be easier to fix the compilation issue before taking a 3rd party s/ware route.
