Crystal Printing Error in BaaN - Device failed

Hi,

I am getting error "Sending report to reporting environment via device xxxx failed in BaaN Iv c4 using crystal enterprise 10. I have applied the solution which bsuiness object suggested but it's only working for one VRC and not the other, any suggestions/solutions why?
