Crystal Pagserver not finding certain reports????

I have a win 2000 box running IIS and Crystal 8,
Both Crystal Web Server and Crystal Page Server are running.
I shared a folder called Reports and placed my reports under this folder.. However when calling these reports through a URL I get cannot find file 'reportname' connecting to page server 'name of the server'
Some reports work and other don't???
Anybody know of anything I can do to correct???

There is a pdf file on the crystal decisions web site relating to security under NTFS.

Basically the user IUSR_xxxxx where xxxxx is the server name needs more than guest rights.

I gave it user rights too and this solved the problem.

Another possiblity is that you didn't use the correct case when attempting to access the reports. The report name is case-sensitive.
