Crystal only returns a limited set of numeric values

I have written a report which pulls Exchange mail box sizes (in Kb) from a SQL database.

Although some mailbox sizes are over 100,000Kb Crystal is only returning values up to 999.

I have used excel to pull the same data and it returns every value.

I have checked the field formatting and its fine - the values aren't being clipped, they just aren't being returned.

What do you get:

1. No record for those over 999?
2. Blank size field when over 999?
3. Field prints 999 for those over 999?
