Hello all -

udb db2 8.2
CR 9

We've changed the instance for the DB2, re-publish the report via the web sphere & here is the message ....

com.crystaldecisions.report.web.viewer.CrystalReportInteractiveViewer 
Logon failed. Details: Unable To Connect to DB2 Server BASYSDW Error in File C:\WINNT\TEMP\{CA3E6B24-5D14-43FF-821C-C4E249E7BF65}.rpt: Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters.

Any help is really appreciated!!!

Try going into the Report designer and use Database->Set Location to repoint the data source.

we re-started the Crystal server & it worked!
