crystal ocx - report does not load more than 20 times

I am using Vb 6 crystal ocx to run a report from inside a dll. When I repeatedly load the report 20 times , the report fails to load the 21st time.
Any suggestions??

I know that CRPE can solve the probem.but i want to retain the existing code. Also the same code works inside an exe.
