Hi all,
We currently have crystal 7.0 reports and we intend to upgrade to 10.0 CE. The current version is on Windows NT , we intend to move it to Windows 2000 for the new version on a new server.

In view of this, how would I proceed?
Make a copy of the file system(Windows NT) from the old server to the new server (Windows 2000) and then install the upgrade software? or first install Windows NT on the news server, migrate the file system, and then upgrade to Windows 2000 and finally upgrade the software? Please advise

Thanks
Manoj

If I understand your question right, you have CR7 reports on a drive somewhere without a Crystal Scheduler (in this case Crystal Info 7) and want to bring all these into a CE10 environment? In this case I'd suggest setting up your entire CE10 environment and then use the publishing wizard that comes with CE10 to publish your reports. If you used Seagate Info 7, you'd use the Crystal Import Wizard to import directly from 7 to 10 (it only shows 7.5 as 7 is no longer supported, but it worked fine for us).

Does that help, or did I miss the point entirely? ;)
