I mainly report off of Visual FoxPro files. I have found that once I open report in Crystal that uses a particular file, that file is "in-use" by me even after I close the report. I have to close down Crystal completely. I couldn't find anything in the Options area to indicate that the files should be shared. Does anybody know how to keep Crystal from grabing hold of these files? At the very least, I would like for it to let the file go when I close the report. I am using Crystal 7.0.100.15.<br><br>Thanks!<br>Rena
