Hello all. I created a web application in VS 2005 that I attached a Crystal Report to.
This report prints lables.
I created it with the AVERY 5162 template, and all is well on my PC. It's a simple address label program pulled from a SQL Server database.

It uses the CrystalReportViewer control.

On my PC they all print correctly, but on my user's pc they misalign on the page. It looks like the vertical space between the labels gets smaller as you move down the page.

By the time the 7th label is printed, the text is on the tear mark and they have to be tossed.

My user's PC is Windows XP and it's set for 800x600 but that should not matter if she is printing from a web page.

Any help would be great.

For starters...if you haven't already, make sure both your desktop and the other user are using the same printer and printer driver.

Because we are all on a domain, then I'll assume it's the same. this morning I'll check for sure.

She says she has no troubles printing the same labels out of MS Access or Word.

I have had trouble with this, and have had to change both the margins set in file->page setup, and the width/height/gap in the section expert->detail->format with multiple columns->layout tab.
