Crystal input parameter issue.

Hi All,
I have a crystal report 2011, where user trying to change the parameter values after initial report run (input parameters) and re run the report, but the values wont clear even If we go in to the edit dialog and clear it.

and a few parameter values throw this error:
2147024809 description: Could not get the overflow property. Invalid argument. message: Could not get the overflow property. Invalid argument.

Is this happening in Crystal reports designer or in a viewer or another application ?

I am getting this error when trying to access the report in Infoview, and crystal reports 2008 version.
