I'm trying to display a report in Access using the Crystal Reports Viewer Control. I've done the same in VB and had no problems, but here when I try to access the custom properties in the control, I'm getting the following error:

"The operation on the Crystal Report Viewer Control Object failed to load....The OLE server may not be registered...To register the server, reinstall it."

I've tried reregistering the control and reinstalling Crystal and then registering the control to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You might want to post this in the Crystal Integration forum. Describe your MS Access environment in the new post. I am not sure that MS Access basic can launch the CR print engine. Ken Hamady

I was using the wrong ocx control. Once I registered the 'Crystal Report Control,' it worked fine -- the same as through vb. Thanks.

That is good to know.
What version of Access are you using? Ken Hamady
