Crystal Import Wizard - Report Instances

I am currently using Version 8 of CE and need to move all my reports and instance to another server so that I can reinstal the machine. When I use the import wizard the reports are taken over but the instances are not. I have read that there is a patch to resolve this but I can downloaded all the hot fixes from the Crystal website and this till does not work.

Been a while, but I don't remeber instances being imported in v8 (could be wrong).

You may want to copy the \FileStore and then migrate the system database (CCM).

The System database holds all the report object and instance information, so this may be the best approach.

There was a hotfix for 8.5 to allow for importing CE 8 instances, but as Gecko stated, I don't think that there's a Crystal solution for importing 8.0 to 8.0 Instances.
