Crystal HotFix - How, When and Often to apply 1

I am having problems with not being able to update the business logic that I have put into Functions in my Crystal Repository. This is on an Oracle Server. I have put in a thread for reponse from the community.

Do you think the Crystal HotFix will solve my Problem?

How often does Crystal put HotFix out on the server?
Is it accumulative? ie. does it contain all the fixes to current or do you have to find all the patches to apply them in order?

If so, where are all the patches located?

Secondly, How religious are Crystal Users using patches?
Are you applying them immediately or Are users applying them when they have the specific problem?

I apply them often.

I would say that service packs are a good diea, whereas I tend to apply hotfixes as required. I believe that hotfixes are monthly.

Service Packs are cumulative.

As for your problem, there might be a solution in a hotfix, but someone would have to know what edition/version of the software you're using.
