Crystal Graph with Months 1

Hello All;

I have a number of crystal graphs that group incidents by type and are sorted by create date by month. I need to allow the graphs to generate with all Months including the months that have no incidents. I am using crystal 8.5.

Any help would be appreciated.

What you are trying to accomplish is to show data which does not exist.

There are a few approaches to this, and how you might do so is dependent upon the type of database and your ability/permission to build database objects.

You might also do so within Crystal, but I would suggest using a period table.

You are correct and your solution would work but, I would rather not have to create a new table if possible. I am creating this report through a CRM application so I would rather just use code within the report.
