I am trying to create a Gnatt chart to show backup start and end times for over 600 customers. I have a customer, Start time (dd\mm\yyyy hh:mm:ss) and a duration. I converted the duration into a end time to make Crystal happy.

BUT now that I have everything I need the darn scale is in days, so all of my marks on the chart are very tiny. So I tried to change it to hours but the lowest is days. I also played with the max and min values for 2 days and that helped but all of the marks are in the middle and I need make this larger to read.

How can I change the scale to hours?

I don't see a way to do that. Try stretching the chart and/or grid the width of the page (or even use legal size paper) to get greater width per bar. In options, you can check "show value" and add some decimals to give you a little more specificity. If you are using a legend, select a 'below' position so that it doesn't interfere with the width.
