I have a query/crystal from PeopleSoft version 8 that passes two parameters. I have set up my runcontrol record and page and process definition to pass the parameters. The process works fine in two tier and also works 4 tier if I run it to Web /RPT. I need it to run Web / PDF and it errors out. Any ideas on what might cause this? There are delivered crystals that run to Web /PDF fine so it isn't that combination. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if this info has any merit, but I recall a resolution on PeopleSoft's Customer Connection where it talked about "Web - PDF" as being an unavailable option for Crystal report output from the Prcs Scheduler.
This missing output option was inadvertant, and PeopleSoft mentions a workaround to make that option available.
