I am a beginner user of Crystal extracting from a document management system.
Problem: A document having a unique ID No. may be distributed to multiple persons. My report needs to select just the multiple distributions (duplications) and exclude the single records.

I'm trying to get a selection criteria something along the lines of

Select
If docID in table WF_TTI occurs more than once

Many thanks.

This should work:

Place {WF_TTI.DocID} and {YourTable.PersonID} in details section, and group on {WF_TTI.DocID}

Then go to Edit Selection Formula->Group Select and enter the following formula:

count({YourTable.PersonID},{WF_TTI.DocID}) > 1
