Crystal Formula Help Needed.

I need help developing a formula.

In my data, {ado.Status} can have one of three statuses:

Full
Limited
Sick

I need a formula that will incorporate this field as well - {ado.NumberOfDays} and give me a total number of days for non-full Duty Status services. So its essentially a count of Limited + Sick leaving out the Full.

Please disregard this question, I created a running total and used a formula to exclude that status. Thanks.
