Crystal Error

Have a client where we upgraded there PSQL database to V11.3. They are running Sage Accpac V6.1. Now when they go to print any reports in Accpac (canned or custom) they receive the following error:

"Error Description: Crystal Reports Error: Load Report Failed."

Is this simply a rights issue in that the runtime engine is not being loaded or has access to run? I came across a tech note regarding the workstation has to have full access rights to the C:\Windows\Temp folder so not sure if that is the issue.

We have already renamed the Crystal folder under the Windows folder and reinstalled Sage but no luck.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Install PU1 and all the hotfixes you can find, Crystal has had many problems.
