I need to know how to turn off options within Crystal Enterprise. Specifically the scheduling options. I do not want my users to have the option of scheduling a report on demand. I want them to schedule for a later time.

If you mean in ePortfolio, for each object you can select Rights, and select Advanced Rights under Access Level, which will allow you to change some settings. Otherwise I think that you'll have to alter the CSP or other files, depending upon what Schedule on demand means.

Does Schedule on Demand mean View a report, or schedule Now, or both? It sounds like you're trying to minimize the amount of refreshed reports on the server, perhaps if you clarify, and state the version of CE, and how you're running reports in CE.
