When viewing a report thru ActiveX on Crystal Enterprise - the print icon is missing - does anyone know how to get a print icon on the toolbar?

Hi...,

The Crystal ActiveX Viewer works just like any other activex control embedded in an html page.
In your SmartActiveXViewer page simply add the following in the activex control's param list:

<PARAM NAME=&quot;EnablePrintButton&quot; VALUE=&quot;1&quot;>

Another thing that I can think of.

Please check whether it is the activex viewer or the DHTML viewer. I believe by default thew DHTML viewer is used. And the major difference betweent these two viewers is the absence of the print icon in the DHTML viewer.

In Crystal reports 8.5 use the axviewer.cab to install activex viewer.
