Crystal Enterprise XI on Terminal Server-View Public folder contents

Hi guys,

I am able to run reports in Crystal Enterprise, that are listed under the Public folder, when I am not logged onto Terminal Server(Windows 2000). When I log onto TS and click on the + next to Public I get the following error:

Runtime Error
Line 65
Download of the specified resource has failed.

Hope anyone can help!

I believe it has something to do with the Active X viewer - change your preferences to DHTML and tell me if you still experience the same error.

Thanks so much for replying.

I had a look at the Preference on CMC, it was set to DHTML, it also flagged 'Use ActiveX printing Control' I unflagged this field.
Then on Enterprise the preferences were set to DHTML, but the viewer was set to ActiveX. I changed it to Acrobat Reader.

Logged out and back in but the error still occurred.
