Crystal Enterprise v10 instances

Does anyone know how to limit the number of instances of any particular report like v8.5 used to do automatically? I know you can limit the number shown per page but I can't fathom how to limit the total number of instances. Help!

In the CMC go into the specific ReportObject open up the HISTORY tab, and you will see a sub-tab called LIMITS.

Click on LIMITS and you will see where you can set-up Maximum Instances or Maximum Days for retention.
