Crystal Enterprise Smart Reporting text overlay

With C.E 9.0 installed and the Smart reporting function activated via a product key; execution of the modify option on a specific report initiates modification to this report. After decreasing the number of fields being dislayed, creating new grouping data, adding a
summerization to one of the groupings, adding a bar chart and selecting a standard style for the report, viewing the report output shows the data correctly in adjacent columns.

What does not happen is that the page headers are not lined up very well and most importantly the first column header is overlayed with, either on of the other column headers or something else entirely (I can not be sure).

Does anyone know of any fixes that may be applied to take care of this? I have a demo of the product scheduled and would like to have it addressed by that time.

I've also seen some odd formatting using CE 8.5 with Smart Reporting.
