Crystal Enterprise Schedule - Status Pending

Hi,
I am new to Crystal Enteprise. I have Crystal Reports 10, Crystal Enterprise 10, Oracle 9i Database. I have created one report in crystal and publised to enterprise, then in Enterprise I have schedule the report by providing the Database logon info, destination format, and all the necessary details. But, I am getting status like PENDING, I'm not able to make it success.

Where could be the mistake. Is there any patch I have to apply.

Help would be really appreciated.

Perhaps you set the date incorractly, or it's based on an event that did not occur?

Can you just run the report successfully from within CE?

Try scheduling another.

Also check the History to make sure that it didn't run. CE 10 might display Pending for it's recurring scheduling, can't recall, so it might have ran.

If they fail, you'll get an error message.
