Crystal Enterprise - "Your request was cancelled" 2

Hi everyone,

We run Crystal Enterprise 8.0 and there's a certain report that we upload to Enterprise but cannnot view. This is the message we get when we try to view this particular report in the Crystal Report Viewer:

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer

The error message returned is:
Your request was cancelled. Reasons for the cancellation are shut down of the server or inactivity. Please try again later. [On Page Server: CRYSTAL.cacheserver]

This report contains alot of records (over 72,000) but I didn't think Crystal Enterprise had a maximum number of records it could process. Has anyone else received this type of error message?

Please advise.
